The location was excellent. It was close to the metro station! the staff was very helpful, especially with directions. the breakfast had a good variety, and i found the fresh fruit especially appealing. the junior king suite non-smoking was spacious and comfortable, it had a lovely seating area.
The gym was small and crowded. I had to wait to use the treadmill. the lobby was sometimes noisy. It made it difficult to relax. the bathroom lacked sufficient lighting. It was hard to see while getting ready, the in-room safe did not work.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station. It made getting around the city very easy. My room offered a view of the city skyline, something I enjoyed. The staff were consistently helpful and polite, especially Neha. She always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection.
The furniture in the bar showed significant wear and tear, a detail that detracted from the ambiance.

The Abubaker Alsiddiq Metro station was very close to the hotel . Many restaurants near the station offered various dining choices. Hypermarkets located nearby added convenience for shopping.
I found a need for better pest control , as there were some unwelcome bedbugs in my room. The hotel should ensure thorough sanitation to maintain its 4-star standard.

The staff was really supportive, especially Ms. Neha. She definitely. I recommend this hotel mainly for three reasons, the location is great, the hotel is wonderful, and the staff is excellent. I suggest that you ask for Ms. Neha upon arrival. Her guidance is invaluable.
I found some issues, I found hair on my bed, unexpected. I also noticed a urine spot on the toilet seat. The food variety wasn't up to par with other hotels I've stayed at before. It seemed quite different.
